Birthday Girl!!

How did my amazing little baby turn into a 4 year old. I think Madison said it best when she told me she was going to be 4 and almost a treenager. Yes treenager not teenager. :) Some days she seems old beyond her years and other days she is still just so small. You realize that she is still little when she puts her tiny hand in yours.

The birthday was low key, just some of our best friends and some chuckee cheese. The next day we had the same neighbors over for cake and diner.
Oh yeah! I had all of MGs hair cut off. She refused to let me brush it in the morning or pull it back so off it went. It is now super cute and easy to take care off.

First Day of School

So you probably werent expecting to see Brendan but its true he has started school! He is going to the ymca one day a week for an 1 1/2. His sister did the same program and last year and loved it. So off we went for his first day. He was very excited and made sure that I knew to pick him up at his school by reminding me at least 4 xs in the car on the way there. He knew what to expect from dropping his sister off there last year, so he walked right in and started playing. He didnt fuss at all and gave me a big kiss and sent me along on my way. I didnt cry at all and was in complete uphoria for the hour I had to my self! AHHHHHHH! I can hardly wait till next year when I have 3 mornings to my self!

Just some cute pics to enjoy.

Christmas show and Grandmas house

We have done so much recently here is a bit more from before Christmas. First they had a Christmas program at MGs school. It was absolutely amazing. All of the kids did great and sang there little hearts out. I cant believe that next year I will have 2 kids in that same program. They are growing too quickly!

We also went to MI before xmas and almost got stuck there due to a snow storm that dropped a foot plus of snow. I wish it would of done that when we first got there so we could of enjoyed it instead of when we were trying to get home. Good news is we made it and everyone had a blast. I am also proud to say that my kids are becoming really good flyers so it is pretty easy to travel with them. Now if we could only get them to be so good in the car.

Back again!

Sorry that it has been so long but the Christmas season and then Madisons birthday kept us plenty busy. We had a great Christmas with lots of fun and presents. We made cookies and chocolate milk for santa and then carrots for the reindeer. I think everyone was pleased with their presents. It was sweet when we were coming down the stairs I asked Brendan who left all the presents and his first response was Grandma! Brendan was also ready to open his own things this year without his sisters help. Brendan got a big boy bike and Madison got Princess stuff galore.

Oh I almost forgot! We cut our own tree this year and it was an absolutely ridiculous tree. It was so fat that it took up half of our family room. So next year you can be sure I will have a tall and SKINNY tree.
